My husband and I were amazed and marveled over a dwelling renovation project taking place on our street by Mike Lenkner (Owner of Blueroc Realty Holdings). Little did we know that months ahead this amazing project this would become our new home.
Mike Lenkner transformed a moldy, water damaged, non-habitable dwelling with overgrown shrubs and damaged cement walkway/porch/retaining wall, into a magnificent up-to-date livable dwelling. Mike laboriously worked on every inch inside and outside the property scoping out foundation issues, ventilation problems, room sizing issues and addressed them accordingly keeping within the borough codes.
